Daystar University
[Nairobi, 30th October] Daystar University was recognised as The Most Preferred Higher Learning Institution during the East Africa Employability Summit 2024 Uongozi Awards hosted by Corporate Career Academy (CCA) at KICC Nairobi. During the same event, Daystar University Alumni Association (DUAA) took the Alumni Association of the Year award. Both were recognized for their contributions towards supporting employability initiatives and preparing future East Africa industry leaders.
Under the Vice Chancellors category, Prof. Laban Ayiro was winner while the Students Placement and International Relations Officer Mrs. Nita Kihiro was second runners up for Director of Career Services of the Year.
The Director of DUAA Relations Dr. Leah Komen received the DUAA Certificate from CCA Executive Director Mr. Philip Pande.
