Daystar University Revokes Memorandum of Understanding with the Embassy of The State of Israel in Kenya
[Nairobi, December 18, 2024] Daystar University has revoked the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between herself and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Kenya, on December 16, 2024.

Daystar University Holds its 47th Graduation Ceremony
[Nairobi, 12th November 2024] More than 1,700 graduands from 20 nationalities are set to receive diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees on Friday, November 2024 when Daystar University hosts its 47th graduation ceremony at the University’s Main Campus Athi River.
Dr. Josephine Munyao takes over as Dean, School of Arts and Social Sciences as Rev. Dr. Patrick Musembi assumes leadership of DLPDI
[Wednesday October 16, 2024] The School of Arts and Social Sciences hosted a hand-over ceremony for the incoming Dean, Dr. Josephine Munyao,. as Rev. Dr. Patrick Musembi transitioned to head the Daystar Leadership and Professional Development Institute (DLPDI).
Management appoints University Librarian
The Vice Chancellor Prof. Laban P. Ayiro has appointed Mrs. Jane Wambua Yobera as the next University Librarian. The appointment was announced at a formal ceremony held on August 16, 2024 at the Main Campus Athi River.
University Library Boosts its collections through Book Donations
Daystar University Library has added new books to its information resources courtesy of generosity of several donors associated with the School of Applied Human Sciences.

Real Estate Development and Private Equity firm, Fusion Capital, has appointed DLPDI Director, Prof. Abraham Waithima as its board representative at LOLC Microfinance Kenya.

The Daystar University Student Association swore in a new student government in mid April following elections.

The Vice-chancellor Prof. Laban Ayiro is away in the USA for official duty. During his absence, the DVC Academic, Research and Students Affairs is is the acting Vice-chancellor.
