AA Kenya donates 1,000 tree seedlings to Daystar University

On Thursday July 13, 2023, Daystar University planted 1,000 tree seedlings in collaboration with AA Kenya. The seedlings were donated by AA Insurance Brockers, a subsidiary of AA Kenya.

DLPDI Hosts Church Leadership & Governance Dialogue

Swimming Gala held at Public Service Club

11th March 2023 was a fun-filled day with lots of water splashing, delight, and amusement as Daystar University held its annual swimming gala at the Public Service Club. Students from both Athi River Campus and Nairobi Campus were in attendance.

German DW Akademie to facilitate Research Workshop

Nairobi, Monday, 6th March 2023... Daystar University School of Communication will today host two visiting faculty from DW Akademie in Bonn, Germany. Dr. Nele Lenze, Senior Lecturer and Project Coordinator at DW Akademie and Irene Najjemba, Research Associate will present research on International Media Studies and thereafter, engage Faculty members and students (PhD, Master's, and Undergraduate) in a scholarly discussion on media research. The event will be held at DAC Council Room on 7th Floor, from 5pm to 8pm

Vice-chancellor hosts Alumni Christmas Homecoming Luncheon

On Saturday December 10, 2022, the Vice-chancellor Prof. Laban P. Ayiro hosted a Christmas Homecoming luncheon for Daystar University Alumni.  The glamorous event, which took place at the Main Campus Athi River attracted over 500 alumni cutting across the years, from the Class of 1984 to the Class of 2022.
