Swimming Gala held at Public Service Club

11th March 2023 was a fun-filled day with lots of water splashing, delight, and amusement as Daystar University held its annual swimming gala at the Public Service Club. Students from both Athi River Campus and Nairobi Campus were in attendance.

The gala event began with the national anthem and issuance of rules, followed by the races which included event 109 for women’s 25-metre breaststroke, and 110 men’s 25-metre breaststroke, among others.

The high tension which marked the competitions was eased by enjoyable music played by the MC.

Despite having a few medical incidences, the annual swimming gala was a success, with all swimmers taking home golden medals.
