Mr. Allan Bukusi is a practising consultant with more than 20 years in corporate training and HR consulting with specific focus on leadership development, strengthening organizational management competence, implementing performance management programs, and design of corporate strategy to facilitate organizational development.

A member of CITAM Karen, Allan holds a Master’s degree in Leadership, Business and Enterprise (2013); a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Science degree, and professional training in business administration, accounting in business and management, personnel management and industrial relations, human resources management and strategy development and implementation.
