Daystar University Revokes Memorandum of Understanding with the Embassy of The State of Israel in Kenya

[Nairobi, December 18, 2024] Daystar University has revoked the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between herself and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Kenya, on December 16, 2024.

[Nairobi, December 18, 2024] Daystar University has revoked the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between herself and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Kenya, on December 16, 2024.

Announcing the revocation of the MOU this morning, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Laban P. Ayiro, stated: “We are not in any way supporting the ongoing humanitarian conflict in the Middle East. Daystar University esteems the sanctity of life and advocates for the peaceful co-existence of humanity.”

We acknowledge the pain we have inadvertently caused to members of the public, and sincerely apologise.
