I have had a lot of interest in early childhood education, education management and leadership and higher education. My research papers have been published in refereed journals and some have influenced policy in early childhood education. From my studies, the county government developed schemes of service for early childhood education teachers. The infrastructure has also improved with an increase in funding of the same. I have also been able to present my findings in both national and international conferences. Most of my studies are field studies that employ both qualitative and quantitative methods.
