About
Am a Teacher Trainer and academician with over 24 years’ experience in teaching having taught various high schools, teachers training college and universities. I hold a PhD in Education Planning of (University of Eldoret), Med in Education Management and Planning (Kenyatta university) and Bed. Science (Moi university). A Specialist in Education planning, policy and development, leadership and policy formulation, Research Methods, Program Design and Implementation, learning outcomes assessment, monitoring and evaluation expert and policy analysis. My research interest is in Gender education, Policy analysis, Education for the marginalized communities, Value based education and Teacher’s education. Am a strong Christian with passion of pursuing excellence, a great mentor, motivational speaker and with strong character, a very good communicator and with exceptional leadership skills. I have attended and presented papers in numerous conferences and workshops and published in various refereed journals. Am a full member of the Kenya Association of Education Administration and Managers-KAEAM, and a member of Board of Directors for Kipchiria Health Care and Economic Empowerment CBO. Currently a lecturer at Daystar University, Department of Education.
