Navigating school life as a new student can be an unnerving experience. With so many new and often important things to learn about, one can easily feel overwhelmed by the amount of detail they need to know for effective functioning while at school.
On Friday September 8, the Corporate Affairs department took time to assure students of different customer focus mechanisms put in place to support students as they embark on their new academic journey.
Students were exposed to different customer care platforms including on online chatbot, WhatApp, SMS/Call numbers, and Reception Desks at both Nairobi and Athi River campuses.
“Don’t get stuck!” the Corporate Affairs Manager urged the students.
The briefing sessions took place at Nairobi and Athi River for day students, and virtually for evening students. The briefings also served to administer a Feedback Survey to evaluate students’ onboarding experience.
