Student Leaders’ Retreat makes a raft of resolutions

[Mombasa, June 30, 2024] Daystar University Enterprises Limited (DEL), the business arm of the University, plans to add two new buses to its fleet of four. DEL also committed to rebrand it’s two old buses to align with the University’s branding protocols.

Daystar University Hosts 74th Annual International Communication Association (ICA) Conference, Nairobi Regional HUB

Daystar University, for the fourth year running, hosted the 74^th Annual ICA Conference, at its Nairobi Campus which serves as the ICA Nairobi Regional HUB, from Thursday, 20th - 22nd June 2024. The theme of the conference was: Communication and Global Human Rights

Prof. George Njoroge Visits Daystar University

On Wednesday 19th June, the Chairman of the University Council, Prof. George Njoroge visited Daystar University Main Campus Athi River, accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Esther Njoroge. They were received by Company and Council Secretariat staff, Ms. Patricia Wambua, the Ag. Campus Services Manager, Ms. Sonia Mutende, and Mr. Boaz Bichage from the Planning Office.

University Library Boosts its collections through Book Donations

Hope Haven Rwanda Visits Daystar University

On 7th June 2024, Kristina Wright from Hope Haven Rwanda visited Daystar University Main Campus Athi River, to explore the possibility of admitting Hope Haven students to Daystar University on attainment of entry level requirements.

Vice Chancellor meets with Student Leaders

On 7th June, 2024, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Laban P. Ayiro met with Daystar University Students Association (DUSA) to address various student concerns and enhance the University's academic environment through open dialogue and mutual understanding.

Vice Chancellor Meets PhD Development Studies Students

22 students pursuing PhD in Development Studies, along with their lecturers, had breakfast with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Laban Peter Ayiro., at the Nairobi Campus Council Room.

On the 6th June 2024, the Daystar University community convened on both campuses to commit the May semester to God. Athi River congregation gathered at the Amphitheatre while the Nairobi Campus congregation gathered at Nairobi Baptist Church.
