Daystar University Conducts Internal Quality Auditors Training for ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Daystar University recently conducted an intensive 4-day training for Internal Quality Auditors at Voi Wildlife Lodge from June 3-6, 2024. Led by the DVC- Finance, Administration and Planning Prof. Muturi Wachira, the session saw 42 ISO Champions in attendance.

Daystar University hosts guests from USA

[Athi River, Tuesday May 28, 2024], Daystar University hosted visitors from United States of America at the Main Campus Athi River. The guests who included Rev. Ricky, Earl Ishmal, Angelo Hicks, Caleb Bolden, Doug Spalding, Jeffrey, Howe, and Arman Ishmael attended chapelservice where Rev. Ricky preached. The group connected with the Vice Chancellor Prof. Laban Ayiro during their recent visit to USA.

Daystar University Hosts the University of Maryland and Shepherd University

Daystar University has been hosting students and faculty from the University of Maryland (UMD), and Shepherd University for the annual Study Abroad Program. This years program began on 27th May and ended on 14th June.

Taylor University Visits Daystar University

[Athi River - Friday 24th May, 2024] The Dean, School of Science, Engineering and Health Prof. Martha Kiarie, hosted guests from Taylor University in USA, at the Main Campus Athi River.

Vice Chancellor Meets Postgraduate Students

[Athi River, 25th May, 2024] About 400 graduate students in the Master’s and PhD programmes gathered at Daystar University Main Campus Athi River, for a meeting convened by the Vice-chancellor Prof. Laban P. Ayiro, through the Directorate of Graduate Studies, headed by Dr. Dinah Keino, the Director.

External Board Appointments

Real Estate Development and Private Equity firm, Fusion Capital, has appointed DLPDI Director, Prof. Abraham Waithima as its board representative at LOLC Microfinance Kenya.

The popular Channah Leadership Development Programme, hosted by the Daystar Leadership and Development Institute (DLPDI) culminated with a colorful graduation ceremony held on 23rd May 2024 at the Nairobi Campus, DAC Auditorium.
