Daystar University Acquires a Luxury Bus
On July 18, 2023, Daystar University received and dedicated a new 62-seater luxury coach during a Chapel service held at Main campus Athi River. The dedication ceremony was attended by the Vice-chancellor, Prof. Laban Ayiro, Company Member Emeritus Rt. Rev. Joseph Kanuku, Company Board Vice-chair, Dr. Stanley Mukolwe, Council Member Mrs. Lilian Ogolla, DVC Finance Administration and Planning Prof Muturi Wachira, DVC Academic Research and Student Affairs Prof. Faith Nguru, University Chaplain Rev. Miano Weche, members of Management and Senate, students, faculty and staff.
Senate and Management Annual Retreat
According to Deputy Vice-chancellor Finance Administration and Planning, Prof. Muturi Wachira the objectives of the retreat are to take stock of the University performance, identify areas of concern and discuss issues that impede performance, as they take time out to bond and build team spirit.
DUSA holds Clubs and Associations’ Week
From Tuesday June 13, 2023, Daystar University Students Association (DUSA) held a sports and clubs awareness week at the Main Campus Athi River. The main aim of the Associations’ week was to create awareness of the various clubs and associations available for students.

Daystar University hosted a workshop on Workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental Management at the Nairobi Campus from 14th to 16th June 2023.
