President Uhuru Kenyatta has left the country for Djibouti early this morning for a head of states summit of troops contributing countries to the African Union Mission in Somalia dubbed as (AMISOM). The plane carrying the president and his entourage left the Kenyatta International Airport at about 8 am earlier on today. The summit is aimed at adopting and revamping the mission’s operations in Somalia to make it more effective in fighting Al Shabaab.
