The Kenya Airways KQ flight has over the past two years been in a deteriorating business position .Managerial changes to investigations have been done to save the falling KQ flight. However ,the plight of the workers continues to take centre stage.

While hinting major changes in the airline’s management and board positions ,the pilots’ union issued a seven-day strike notice on Tuesday, October 11 to press for the firing of the carrier’s Chief Executive, Mbuvi Ngunze, and the chair of its board, Dennis Awori.

They pilots say they lack confidence in the pair’s ability to drive its recovery. The government quickly called for the withdrawal of the strike for it would sabotage the Nations economy.
