Daystar University Library Exhibition
Daystar University Library held a three-day exhibition from 25th to 27th July 2018 at the Nairobi Campus, Freedom Corner. The library showcased its diverse information services and resources. These resources range from print books, magazines, journals, online books, online journals and Audio-Visual information materials. The online information resources can be accessed by researchers of all fields of academics both within and off-campus.
Daystar Library operates on KOHA Library Management System, whose modules are integrated, thereby creating a seamless interaction of services. The system allows researchers to access materials from wherever they are.
The library has two libraries: Agape library at the Athi River Campus has a seating capacity of 600 students while the Nairobi Campus library can seat 250. The latter has diverse information resources suitable for academicians of all disciplines.
Students, staff and researchers visited the exhibition stand to get information on how to access library materials with ease.

A student library user had this to say, “I am grateful to Daystar for introducing the KOHA System, I can now access research materials, especially updated journals, wherever I am.”
The Library operates on the principles of Christian integrity, servant leadership, excellence, innovation, quality customer care, and effective communication.
