Summary

  • Dr. Joanes Kaleli Kyongo , PhD, MIHRM is a Lecturer of Management in the Department of Commerce, School of Business and Economics at Daystar University. He joined Daystar University in 2009 as a part-time lecturer and later in 2011 as a full time lecturer. Prior to joining Daystar University, Dr. Kyongo worked for the Teachers Service Commission for twenty one years, where he served as a Secondary school teacher, HOD, Deputy Principal, Principal and College tutor. He has served as a National Examiner for KNEC (KCSE) for twenty years, eleven of which he served as a Senior Examiner (Team Leader). He has also served as an Examiner for Kenya Education Management Institute. He has supervised more than 30 MBA theses.
